The Choetech Type-C to mini display port adapter can connect a laptop or computer with USB-C connection to a separate monitor / HDTV / projector with mini DP input, which support a UHD resolution up to 4K @ 60Hz. To achieve the maximum UHD 4K resolution, it is important that both the mini display port cable and the monitor support a resolution of 4K @ 60Hz. If your type-C computer supports 4K @ 60Hz but the connected monitor does not, there will be a maximum of 4K @ 30Hz output.

Power Delivery 20V-3A 60W

The Choetech adapter also has a Power Delivery port. This supports on 20V 3A. As soon as you use your laptop's USB-C port to make a connection between the laptop and a monitor, you can still charge your USB-C device such as a smartphone or tablet through the PD port.
